• You are prohibited from using the site for illegal purposes, or to violate the rights of any person or entity, or to infringe on the privacy of any person or entity, or to transmit content that may be deemed unlawful, or to transmit content that may be deemed to encourage unlawful conduct.

• You are prohibited from gaining access to or attempting to gain access to user or company data, or altering or attempting to alter the site, or breaching or attempting to breach the site’s security.

• You are prohibited from exporting products purchased from the site, when this violates the export laws and regulations of the United States.

• You represent that you are aware that the site may suffer scheduled or unscheduled interruptions in service, and that service may be discontinued at any time, with or without notice.

Gate Scientific Inc., its employees, contractors, affiliates, and other associated persons and entities shall not be liable for misuse of data or intellectual property retrieved from or transmitted via the site by other parties.

• You are prohibited from allowing or enabling any other party to violate any of the above terms.

• In the event that you violate these terms of service or any applicable law or regulation, you represent that you indemnify Gate Scientific Inc. for any resulting losses and/or damages.

• In the event that any of these terms is held unenforceable, deemed invalid, or found contrary to law, the balance of this agreement shall remain in effect.

These terms apply to all users of gatescientific.com, including individual users, any entity they act on behalf of, contractors of those entities, employees of those entities, affiliates of those entities, entities running or directing automated algorithms or other automated programs, and any other party interacting with, using information from, accessing, or purchasing from gatescientific.com.

These terms go into effect at the date and time you first purchase from, retrieve information from, access, or interact with the site.

This agreement may be amended from time to time, and will be effectuated on the date it is updated on this page of the site, and shall constitute the agreement from that date forward. An update to this page shall be considered appropriate notice of these amendments. You may reject any new amendments by ceasing use of the site. Such rejection shall not nullify or constitute rejection of any of the terms of the previous agreement.
